I bought this heater not expecting too much. My downstairs gets pretty cold in the winter months, and the heat seems to be constantly pumping to try to keep a comfortable temperature. There is little insulation in the floors and the floor plan is pretty open with just simple baseboard heat throughout. Last year my gas heating bill was through the roof! This year I decided to buy a few throw rugs for insulation, and bought this little heater at least for the living room where we spend most of our time.

This heater is incredible! It maintains a comfortable temperature throughout at least my living and dining areas. For the price I am more than happy with this purchase. It has a temperature setting that allows it to auto shut off when the set temp is reached, plus a shut off feature when it’s tipped. I actually am planning to buy another for my son’s bedroom which is located downstairs. I have had this heater for a few months now and it’s still going strong.

In general, all electric heaters will warm no more than a small room. In a large room, you must sit right in front of the heater to keep the front side of you warm , while the backside of you is cold. I have purchased several different brand names. Some will not last long and others will last very well. You never know which heater will do what. I live in a long ranch style one story house that was built before insulation was used. It is very difficult to heat this house because it is open space, as well. This heater looks very small, but I find it puts out as much heat as larger ones. It does not take up much space, and is light enough to carry from one room to another quite easily. I now have two of these. They have been very reliable. I run them for long periods of time. Whereas, they will not make a larger area comfortable, if you sit near, they will make the room bearable. I am usually running either three or four heaters at one time in this longer house. My electric bill did jump higher with
this many, but one or two will not make much difference. The setting indicators do not show up well painted flat on the top.. I have to use a flashlight or my cell phone light to read them when it is dark. It did not take long to get them, and they arrived without any damage.

I ordered this heater over black Friday because one of the back bedrooms is always colder than the rest of the house. It warms a medium sized room up fast. Even on the lowest setting. It does not get hot on the back or outside of the unit. There is an option to put a timer if that makes you more comfortable. I was so impressed that I bought a second heater! Recently, I needed to turn my central controlled heat off to prep for my vents getting cleaned. I put one heater near the back of my home and angled the other in the front and have been able to keep my home at a comfortable 72 degrees with one heater on the H2 and the other on H1. This is with outside temperatures not reaching higher than 49 degrees. I suggest and recommend this heater to everyone. Great buy!

This heater does not heat a large area. Okay, its been mostly 30-50 F or so degree's this winter. I keep this heater by my bed. It only warms up an area about 10 feet by 6 feet though the room is larger. Plus, I have to keep it on constantly, though the auto shut off is convenient. My electric bill was quite high using this little heater that does not heat a large space.
